All sales are final: No returns, refunds, or exchanges. We ask that you please inspect items before purchase.
Items sold as-is: Many items are vintage/antique and show wear, age, and may have not been tested for function (electronics, cameras, sewing machines, record players, etc.). We do our best to describe condition, but we encourage you to inspect in person.
Pricing: Prices are as marked, but not always firm. Reasonable offers are welcome on select items.
Holds: We're happy to hold larger items (furniture, etc) please ask. Smaller items are first come, first served with no holds.
Location: This is an outdoor sale due to the size of the property. Items will be spread across the property with the exception of two garages, which will be open for shopping.
Bring your own bags/boxes: We will have a very small amount of boxes to supply, so we please ask that you bring your own means of carrying and hauling your purchases.
Large/heavy items: Buyers are responsible for their own loading and transportation. Please bring help and equipment as needed.
Weather: Sale will happen rain or shine. We will only postpone/close if weather is severe or unsafe.
Children/Pets: Children must be supervised at all times and please no pets (exception for working service animals - which must be leashed at all times).
Parking: Please park only in the designated mowed field, not at the house. Pull forward and park in a row to leave room for others to enter/exit.
Liability: By entering the property, visitors assume responsibility for their own safety. Seller is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage while on the premises.
Right to refuse service is reserved.

HUGE estate sale from sorting through decades of accumulated items on a multiple-building farming property. When I say there is truly something for everyone, there is truly something for everyone at this sale!!
A large amount of the sale dates pre-1980s, with tons of items from the 1940s–1970s and plenty even older. Antiques, collectibles, farm and garage finds, glassware, furniture, tools, horse equipment, vintage household items, automotive parts, fishing gear, musical instruments and SO much more.
We are still organizing and uncovering items and will continue posting more pictures, information and directions as the week progresses. Due to the sheer amount of items, it is truly impossible to photograph everything that will be available at the sale.

This estate sale will take place primarily outdoors and throughout the property due to the sheer amount of items being sold — think HUGE garage sale but it's an estate sale with decades of items ready for a new home. Everything must go!!
Everything is sold on a first come, first served basis. No entry numbers required.
