2. Bring help for pick up of heavy and large items. Seriously!!! Staff will not be able to assist with moving. There are stairs!
3. Numbers will be given one hour prior to sale at 8:00 am Friday
4. Please inspect your purchases as all sales are FINAL. No returns or exchanges.
5. We encourage bids on items over $100, but remember bids are a binding contract.
4. All items are sold “AS IS”. We do our best to authenticate, it's up to the buyer to make a final determination. NO RETURNS!
5. Parking is on street or in the public city lot behind the building
6. No bags please, we reserve the right to inspect hand bags at the door.
7. We reserve the right to withdraw items from the sale at any time.
