The Borich estate is more than FULL! And we’re starting with the garages and put some of the overflow from parts of the house in our tent for Sale #1 of 2 sales. The second and final sale will be November 16 and 17 and will include the basement up to the attic, as well as more items in the garages and tent!
The first highlight of the sale is this list of shotguns and rifles!
1. Savage lever action Rifle .303 cal, Model 1899, round 26” barrel, Serial# 83290(pre 1920) w/Marble sights and scope w/Weaver pivot mounts. $750.
2. Winchester slide action Rifle .22 cal, Model 1906, round 20” barrel, Serial# B548962, $700.
3. J. Stevens Visible Loader, slide action Rifle .22 cal, Model 70, round 20” barrel, Serial# S128, $250.
4. Ithaca “Featherlight” pump action Shotgun, 12Ga, 2 3/4”, Model 37, 28” barrel, Serial# 597609-2, factory engraved, $275.
5. “White Powder Wonder” break-open Shotgun, 20Ga single shot, Serial# J42727, missing fore-end grip. $80.
Other highlights include an Oldsmobile Rocket V-8 engine, recently rebuilt and running, with a 3 x 2 carb set up! And you’ll find loads of car repair tools and supplies, as well as trim, dash, gauges, and frame from 1948 Mercury and 1977 Ford pickups, as well as engine rebuilding tools and stacks of hot rodder magazines and old oil cans! We also have a a tow-behind cherry picker and an H-frame hydraulic press and a Century arc welder, as well.
Check out the old farm items including implements, ice tongs, cant hooks and old agriculture manuals. We’re selling one-man saws, pulleys, and winches! We’ve got a Troy-bilt wood chipper, a power cultivator and many lawn and garden tools and supplies.
The attic of the garage was full of old toys like G.I. Joe and Star Wars, and there are numerous new in box pocket knives, too! You’ll find vintage advertising items, small furniture items and lots of household products, too.
The garages are full of TOOLS, TOOLS and more TOOLS! Hand tools and power tools and bench tools, Diamond tools and Craftsman rolling tool carts, and a Hercules 104 lb anvil too!
(Don't worry ladies...there's a lot of odds and ends and shabby chic, as well as furniture in the tent. And Sale #2 has amazing vintage apparel and accessories!)
