To be fair to everyone, we will ask you to step out of the sale at 2:50 pm, just for 10 minutes so we can set up the bag sale. Then we will give you bags and admit you first come first served.

Some Highlights Of The Sale...
This estate of former attorney Marguerite Doran is packed with quality and variety. She maintained a home office and we are selling high-end office equipment like the KYOCERA TASKalfa 2550ci Floor-Standing Color Laser Multifunction Printer, an HP LaserJet 4250 high speed printer, a Canon PIXMA Pro-100 color printer and supplies and add ons for all units! Among other office supplies and ink, we are also selling a vintage, working IBM Selectric III, a Scotch laminator and a beautiful, professional office desk with matching shelving and credenza units to upgrade your own office!

In addition to being an accomplished attorney, Marguerite was also very creative in art, sewing and quilting and we have many quality machines and supplies to offer, including a Pfaff Hobbylock 4842, Pfaff Creative Vision, , Singer Athena and a Singer Heavy Duty Model 4423 machine, as well as a Bernina Patchwork Edition Activa 230, Brother Scan N Cut CM350, Accuquilt Go! and a Sizzix Big Shot Plus Bi2 2 XL25 – many components, accessories and books are available for all of these, as well. WE even have an antique Singer in a beautiful oak and wrought iron cabinet. Art supplies are in abundance – easels, canvases, paints, brushes, pencils, markers, sketch books and more!

Other highlights of the sale include a working, vintage Detroit-Michigan Stove Company stove – it's in beautiful condition! We are selling quality kitchenware, many small appliances, fans, heaters, dressers, beds, shelf combo units, a lovely Ethan Allen buffet or entertainment cabinet, as well as some great antique pieces! You'll also find a newer kitchen table set and many small side tables, lamps and décor. Check out the household items including a Bose radio, TVs, loads of books, many book shelves and CDs, quilts and linens. Sports and fitness gear include a NordicTrack A2350 treadmill (2008) in the basement and snow shoes and a newer Schwinn exercise bike in the garage. Marty Irving golf clubs, too! Also, in the garage and driveway you'll find a Toro snowblower, a Honda Easy Start lawn mower and There are bikes for sale in the back yard by Nishika and Giant, along with patio furniture, garden tools, supplies and yard art. You'll find hand and power tools, as well as 2 workbenches in the basement.

Marguerite bought the best of the best in apparel and accessories, too, as you'll see by the lovely collection of fashion and fine jewelry in 14k yellow gold, as well as pearls. The collection includes several quality Seiko and Citizen watches – most will need batteries; however, EOV warrants that if you buy one and get a battery in it immediately and the watch doesn't work, return it to us within 24 hours of your purchase date and we will refund your money. This is a strict time limit, no exceptions.

We have four racks of quality ladies wear, most new with tags by Banana Republic, Calvin Klein, Ann Taylor, Ralph Lauren, Land’s End, Eddie Bauer, Gap, Talbots and L.L. Bean, just to drop a few names! Slacks, blazers, coats, jackets, super cute skirts and dresses, tops and cashmere sweaters, too! Seriously ladies, if you need a summer dress, buy it here! So many chic styles! Sizes are petite from medium to extra-large. And the shoes, sandals and boots are amazing! All in size 7 to 7.5, mostly narrow width. You’ll love the great Hunter rain boots, and the large selection of handbags, totes, wallets and scarves, as well.

As usual, we have great shabby chic and lots of interesting smalls for you, too!
