What a cute expansion bungalow with more than 70 years of lifetime collections! The basement, main floor, upstairs, garage & yard are FULL of clean, diverse, vintage, antique & unusual treasures! 

This neat as a pin estate has a large collection of Black Americana, including a delightful hand made doll house sized church full of pews of parishioners! The Americana collection also includes dozens of dolls, artwork, kitchenware & ephemera.

Other collections of note include 40+ pocket watches, 5 sets of sterling flatware, dozens of additional sterling hollow ware pieces, 100+ dolls, 5 unique doll houses, a huge group of fashion jewelry & 60+ vintage & antique quilts! Yes, really! 

You’ll find for old cameras & binoculars, cool rosemailimg pieces, several steamer trunks & wood boxes & loads of holiday decor! The upholstered furniture is in pristine condition including a sweet baby blue love seat. We love the exquisite pair of Cordey lady lamps with beautifully intricate silk shades! Oh, but we also love the coffee table grouping of 6 Italian marquetry pieces! Each one is triangular & has a flip up top with a music box inside! But then, there’s the antique oak secretary desk/book case, too! Who cares that it’s painted blue? The silhouette is so slim & trim it will fit almost anywhere in my home! Oops! I mean YOUR home! 

We have hundreds of pieces of fashion jewelry, sheet music & many good art prints, vintage framed advertising & original art, as well as some big, ornate frames, too. There’s a large selection of German made nutcrackers , incense burners & music boxes, many porcelain figurines & dozens of Russian Matryoshka nesting wooden dolls, too!

We’re also selling a modern player piano & 100+ player rolls, an antique upright polyphone & disks, some old flutes & a couple of accordions, too! You’ll find fine linens, beautiful china, colorful beverage ware &  glassware, as well as current & vintage kitchen ware. This sale includes many books, including a large section of vintage children’s titles.

We’re selling a basement full of vintage toys & games, costumes & hats, Gerber baby collectibles, kitchenware & picnic ware.  Bakeware includes 25+ professional bakers pans, and even a huge pizza oven like you see at Sammy’s Pizza! The house must have been built around it! It’s that big! 

The garage & yard hold lots of lawn & garden & patio supplies, lawn chairs, yard art  & tools, as well as holiday decor, vintage apparel & linens. You’ll find at least 20 various walkers, wheel  chairs & other pieces of medical hardware available for VERY LOW PRICES!
