▪️Customers & staff must wear a mask - every sale, every day, everywhere, inside & out.
▪️Please use our complimentary hand sanitizer.
▪️Observe social distancing marks.
▪️ A wrapping station and supplies is available for your convenience - EOV employees are no longer allowed to bag or haul your purchases.
▪️There is no washroom available to the public.
▪️Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and they must also wear masks.
▪️No pets are allowed on the premises except for service animals.
▪️No food or beverages are allowed.
▪️Ask any EOV associate for pricing and/or discount information
▪️We prosecute shoplifters and put your information on Facebook!
▪️Social distancing WILL slow down our check out process – please be patient.
▪️ We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover at this sale.
▪️There is a $25 service fee for returned checks.
▪️All sales are FINAL!
▪️We reserve the right to refuse admittance &/or to ask you to leave if you do not adhere to our business policies & safety protocols.

Don’t miss our final in-home sale this year! You’ll find everything from furniture to tools to art in this three-bedroom house, complete with a full finished basement & three-car garage! In the house you will find two stressless chair & ottoman sets, mid-century modern dressers, nightstands & side tables! Check out the fabulous MCM hutch with sliding glass doors, as well as
the cool Howard Miller modern wall clock! There are several TVs by Samsung & Insignia, along with a Samsung sound bar & speaker system. The oak kitchen table & chair set is a great find!
There’s a ton of art, including wildlife prints by Terry Redlin, Scott Zoellick & David Maass! There are several desks, a drafting table with supplies, as well as books/cookbooks, CDs and DVDs! Lots of linens, household & men’s apparel can be found throughout the house! The basement is cozy and full of great treasures such as furniture, Canon & Kodak cameras & equipment, fishing rods & tackle, a Husqvarna sewing machine, a small Kimball organ, a Bissell Deep Clean carpet cleaner & Tappan chest freezer!
