EOV is at another stunning home overlooking the St. Louis River on Bayhill Trail again!
Except for people with a disability, please remove your shoes in the house.
SOME SALE HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE:
a midcentury dining/kitchen table and chairs, a high-quality wood and glass cabinet perfect for everything from china and collectibles to books or even pantry items, depending on where you use it. Nice clean lines! We are selling a white office desk unit and a pink sofa! You’ll also find lamps and a wicker look end table and matching coffee table with glass tops. Check out the like-new recliner - it’s an electric lift chair - so helpful for anyone with mobility issues! It has a remote, too. We’re also selling side tables, nightstands, book cases, file cabinets and dressers. For beds we have a Sealy Premier Cornell Plush double mattress, but no foundation. However, we DO have the foundation/platform & remote control for a TEMPURPEDIC queen bed...but no mattress! Both are in very good condition. Nice linens, too!
You’ll find art prints, pottery and several live plants, including BABE THE JADE - she’s humongous! We think she’s on steroids 😁 ! The Christmas cactus is another big boy! And no wonder, with all the beautiful windows and light in this place! There’s a Redwing crock, 2-gallon size in great condition and, there is another good 3 gallon crock by Western, as well. The garage has a few hand tools, as well as gardening supplies including dozens of pots and planters, many extra-large ones.
You'll find an anchor and some newer oars (sorry - no boat but we do have a boat bag for an inflatable kayak) a good Werner aluminum ladder, and a large Igloo beverage cooler. Our clients were cyclists & there are miscellaneous cycling components for sale. The garage also holds 5 pairs of quality Nordic Cross Country skis (one Evo and the rest all Fischer) and poles and several pairs of ladies boots - one brand is Solomon Nordic XC. You’ll find a large travel bag for skis, too, also in very good condition.
In the music department we have a Mason and Riche upright piano (you haul & it’s free) a guitar and even a banjo! But the stars of the music category are the excellent 1970s rock albums! And they’re all in great condition!
You’ll also find a big walk in closet of better ladies’ apparel (size med, lg & XL & some petite) scarves, hats and handbags and totes for all seasons. The shoes and outerwear are quality name brands, You’ll love all the sterling silver artisan jewelry, too!
We're still opening boxes and cupboards and finding good, name-brand kitchenware, many blankets & sheets, household small appliances, office supplies and candles, too. The home decor is quality & you’ll find Christmas & Easter holiday trimmings, too.
