This Pike Lake home is full of 1950’s to 1970’s household, décor, kitchenware and vintage apparel treasures all priced to sell fast! It’s a blast from the past!

The Paulson’s owned Paulson Super Value and traveled extensively on vacation and to industry conventions. You’ll find memorabilia they collected such as many Las Vegas ashtrays and at least 50 years of commemorative glasses from the Kentucky Derby – many quite valuable today. Other special items include the antique Arco Coffee jars with their labels intact, and a Hills Brothers Coffee enamel on metal thermometer, too. The mercury thermometer is gone, but it can easily be replaced by an alcohol version. 

We are also selling a Stannah Stairlift that was never used! It was installed in 2011 by Arrowlift of Duluth for Mr. Paulson, who, sadly, was never well enough to use it. It’s been sitting there in the home ever since, waiting to assist someone else! You can own it for a fifth of the price of a new one.

You’ll find vintage kitchenware and many small appliances like toasters, waffle makers, coffee pots, crock pots, irons and cookers. Furniture includes a dark red sofa, several kinds of vintage lights and lamps, end tables, small shelves, carpets, mirrors, and an antique East Lake chair. There’s also a beautiful grandfather clock and a vintage Coronado turntable with a built in 8-track player, as well as a Lowrey Teeny Genie organ that would be fun for the kids. 

There are many “Smalls and Specials” for sale, including jewelry, pocket knives, several good watches, old Polaroid cameras, old comic books, a vintage Boy Scout shirt and medals, and Duluth Denfeld Oracle yearbooks, too. 

Finer glassware and china includes a large set of Haviland Limoges china, a Cambridge Arms glass candle centerpiece unit, several figurines and a variety of good quality and pretty cups and saucers collected over the years.

The upstairs bedrooms are packed with cool vintage 50’s-70’s ladies and men’s apparel and accessories. There are two double closets full and at least 10 large boxes organized by category such as skirts, shorts, pants, sweaters, tops, scarves, hats and mittens, gloves, belts and more! And yarn! There must be 100 skeins of beautiful yarn for sale in all colors at just $1 each!

We’re also selling a 2001 Yamaha snowmobile and an older row boat, as well as old tools, sports equipment, two vintage 1950’s metal lawn chairs, old bottles, many books, lawn and garden supplies and hardware in the garage.
