Effective immediately, the following safety protocols and business practices are in use at all our sales:

* Stay home if you feel unwell or if you have had contact with someone with, or suspected of having, COVID-19!
* MASKS REQUIRED for EVERYONE (yes, kids too) whether you are vaccinated or not.
* Please use our complimentary hand sanitizer.
* There is no washroom available to the public.
* In compliance with the new city of Duluth bag ordinance (10/2021), we no longer supply bags at checkout or for our bag sales.
* While you are still shopping place there items you plan to purchase on our HOLDING TABLE. Write you name on a Post-It Note & attach to your things. .
* Unattended children will receive a Red Bull & a free puppy!
* Only service animals allowed on the premises!
* DO NOT bring your coffee, Coke, water bottle or any other beverage or food into this sale!
* Ask any EOV staff for price/discount information.
* Win a free ride in a police car just by shoplifting from our sale! Watch your photo break our Facebook page! Make Mom & Dad proud!

* We accept cash & major credit cards with a 3.5% convenience fee.
* We may POSSIBLY accept in-town checks, but ONLY with management approval & proper ID. $25 service fee for returned checks.
* Honor your word! When you make a bid you are making a legal offer to purchase. See bid information at the Business Policies tab on our website.
* ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
* We reserve the right to refuse admittance or ask you to leave if you do not adhere to our business policies and safety protocols.
