We’re selling everything in this charming bungalow & double garage in the Duluth Heights neighborhood!
HIGHLIGHTS:
In the garage you’ll find an Ariens 5524 snow blower in excellent condition, lawn & garden tools, a heater fan, hand truck, a dehumidifier, small appliances , lawn & garden supplies & tools, hardware & household supplies. You’ll also find good kitchenware, a cookie press, collectibles, dolls & loads of indoor & outdoor holiday decor! Lots of sheet music & an organ, too! We love the unique, super cute, small roll top desk - that will get snapped up fast! Other furniture in the garage includes a half moon entry type table, an antique music stand cabinet, an oak dining room drop leaf table, night stands & end tables & table lamps,. You’ll also find a newer, contemporary sofa & upholstered arm chair in excellent condition!
Other items of note inside the home include more than 20 Hummel figurines! We have 3 antique swords for sale, a Scandinavian silver wedding crown, several Lenox & Waterford crystal & china pieces & many miscellaneous sterling silver flatware items.
The O’Hearn 2-piece hutch unit with upper plate display is sugar maple & matches the sugar maple dining table & chairs by east coast furniture makers O’Hearn. They’re in great condition! There are beds, dressers & smaller side tables & lots of household items & a tall wood & glass display cabinet.
You’ll find china sets, many ROSEMAILING pieces, figurines including cats, glassware, Corell dishes, crock pots, Pyrex & nice pots & pans, as well as a smaller, stand-alone kitchen cabinet on wheels.
The large jewelry collection includes fashion jewelry, as well Sterling pieces & fine 14k gold & diamond jewelry - & a beautiful jewelry armoire, too. We love the collection of about 15 vintage & more current ladies hats & hat boxes. Ladies apparel includes many pretty scarves, a few vintage piece of clothing & very nice quality vintage & current style coats & jackets.
