Estate Sale Policies and Rules. Subject to change.
• If you break or damage an item, you will be expected to purchase it at the price we have listed.
• All items are sold as is. There are absolutely no refunds of any kind whatsoever.
• All sales are final.
• All sales are paid in full.
• Cash is king. Cash is the preferred method of payment.
• For sales over $20, credit/debit cards are accepted for payment.
• No checks are accepted as payment.
• If you purchase a larger item, you are expected to move it on your own, so have some help handy. We cannot help load purchases. We do not provide moving help, nor do we provide moving materials such as straps, twine, bubble wrap, moving blankets, tape, etc.
• Please see Estate Sale organizers for arrangements regarding removing larger pieces of furniture.
• Please be courteous to other shoppers.
• There are no holds.
• There are no public restrooms available.
• No pets allowed except for service animals.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Absolutely no outside food or drink is allowed inside.
• Absolutely no tote bags, back packs, etc. allowed.

It is with great pleasure that we announce and proudly present the Estate Sale at 125 Garden Street in Duluth's beautiful Chester Park neighborhood!
Saturday, June 30:
- Numbers at 7:15 am
- Both the garage and the home will open for the sale at 8 am, and will close at 4 pm.
Sunday, July 1:
- There are no numbers this day.
- Both the garage and the home will open for the sale at 9 am and will close at 3 pm.

The showstopper: A beautiful late 1800's mahogany English Breakfront. Such a beautiful way to display your fine china and crystal. And how about that ca. 1910 three-piece center drop-leaf table with demilune end pieces! It is incredibly beautiful; you’ll love it! Striking inlaid bellflowers, with so many configurations to this table.
We have your new sofa, too! A stunning Massoud Branson sofa by Horchow. This delightful and eye-catching red handcrafted tufted sofa is such a unique piece. Don’t miss this! And check out the elegant settee! That must-have set includes two side chairs, and we even throw in a pillow!
