This is an ONLINE ONLY auction. INSPECTION DAY- SEPTEMBER 25TH 9AM-4PM This is the ONLY day you can come to inspect items in person if you wish. BIDDING IS ONLINE ONLY, no prices or purchasing in person in advance. Online bidding ends SEPTEMBER 29TH.

This is an online only auction. Payment terms are Cash, Credit Card, PayPal. All Items Sell AS-IS, 14% Buyers Premium Capped at $900 Per Item On All Items. There Is A 3% Convenience Fee On All Credit/Debt Card payments. All Sales Final Selling As IS Where Is with No Guarantees or Warranties Expressed by the Sellers or Their Agents.

All items must be picked up, no shipping available.

Pick Up Day, all buyers need to bring loading assistance for moving furniture or any other heavy items or other items. There will be limited help from auction staff.

There will be a skid loader on site to assist with heavier items and equipment.

Shipping costs and/or shipping arrangements are the buyer's sole responsibility. All items need to be removed on the SCHEDULED DAYS FOR PICKUP ONLY!

Property is open to public inspection ON THE INSPECTION DATE ONLY.
