Do not damage or move items unnecessarily and stay out of marked off areas. Remember you are in someone's home.
Be respectful to staff and other shoppers. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
No personal checks are accepted, and items cannot be held. Payment in full at the time of purchase is required. Cash or Venmo only.
Prices are firm the first day with limited negotiation.
Bring help to load large items.

Children under the age of 12, must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Do not enter areas that are marked "no entry" or secured, and do not use furniture for lounging while waiting.
Please do not wear or bring coat in the home and kindly remove shoes at the front door.
We have some bags and wrapping for fragile items, but please come prepared to get your treasures safely home.
For the safety of our property and fellow shoppers, we will limit the number of guests in the sale if capacity gets to high.
