Location: 4461 229th Ave. NE, East Bethel, MN
Preview: Tuesday, October 10, 2023, from 4 p.m. until 5 p.m. Shoes must be removed in the house.
Closing: Wednesday, October 11, 2023, one item every 8.5 seconds beginning at 7:30 p.m., plus extended bidding time when a bid is placed within the final 60 seconds.
Pickup Time: Thursday, October 12, 2023, 10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 4461 229th Ave. NE in East Bethel, Minnesota. Pickup is by online appointment. Winning bidders will receive an invoice by e-mail soon after the auction closes. The invoice will have a link to the pickup-scheduling page. If you are unable to pick up during these times, please call us at (763) 421-3044 to make other arrangements.
Auctioneer's Notes
Welcome to this East Bethel onsite no-sales tax estate auction. There will be no items at the AAA Auction Barn, and all items must be picked up at 4461 229th Ave. NE in East Bethel, Minnesota. Except for some nice furniture that was left in the house for staging, everything else in this auction is located in the barn or in the yard. Please remove your shoes if you enter the house. Unless we say an item works, it is safe to assume that it does not. Please see loading info below.

Loading
Please note that AAA Auction does not load items, so if you buy something big, please come prepared to remove it from the house, barn, or yard. We have been told, however, that a person (not working for AAA Auction) will be on hand with a skid loader. That person may be able to move and lift large items for buyers for a fee. That will be between the buyer and the skid-loader driver. Moving and loading the items shall be the buyer's sole responsibility and AAA Auction assumes no liability for any damage or injury that may occur while moving or loading any item.
Late Pickups
Please make every effort to pick up your items on the scheduled day. If for any reason you cannot pick up your item on the scheduled, day, you must call Tony at (763) 427-7101 before or during the scheduled pickup day and pay for your items with a credit card. You will be charged a rescheduling fee of at least $100 depending on how long your pickup takes. We will then try to schedule a different time for you to pick up your item. If you pay for your items but do not pick them up as required, your items shall be forfeited, and your bidding privileges shall be cancelled.
Referral Fees
Do you know anyone who needs to sell a house or its contents? If so, we would be grateful if you would refer them to us. If you do, and we take the job, we will pay you a referral fee for the sale of the personal property.
