1. Introduction
Welcome to Your Turn LLC. By participating in our estate sales & auctions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”), as well as any other rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time on our website or at our sale locations.

2. Sale Conduct
All sales are conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. All sales are final.

3. Payment
We accept cash, Venmo, credit, and debit cards as forms of payment. Checks are not accepted.

4. Pricing
Prices are non-negotiable on the first day of the sale. Discount days or times, if any, will be announced per the discretion of Your Turn LLC.

5. Item Hold Policy
Items can be held for a set period with a non-refundable deposit. If the item is not purchased within the agreed time, the item will be returned to the sale.

6. Item Removal
Items must be removed by the end of the last sale day, unless other arrangements have been made. Buyers are responsible for the removal and transportation of their purchases.

7. Liability
Your Turn LLC is not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur on the premises. Customers enter at their own risk.

8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited at all sales: theft, vandalism, cutting in line, harassment of other customers or staff, and bringing in bags or boxes without explicit permission.

9. Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted.

10. Disputes
Any disputes will be resolved at the discretion of Your Turn LLC management.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Your Turn LLC reserves the right to change these T&C at any time without prior notice.

12. Governing Law
These T&C are governed by the laws of the state in which the sale occurs.
