My client died and had her home and belongings are in a trust.  The trust will not allow us to hold the sale in her Lake Harriet/Kenwood home due to liability.  So, we packed everything up, yes, everything, and moved it to a historical house in Eden Prairie, the Cummins House.

Great mid century modern teak couch with faded blue cushions…one arm, two antique tall `hutches, five dressers, over 12 various small tables, two tall bookcases, four mid height bookshelves that fold up, lots of framed posters, lots of antique mirrors, Singer sewing machine for Girls in dilapidated box, Singer sewing machine in hard black carrying case antique (maybe a featherweight???), lots of vintage books of a variety of topics, lots of the old books are children’s in great condition, vintage chairs and tables, great antique windup music box with inlaid wood design (an identical one on eBay sold for around 600), hall tree with swivel top, fine china, three vintage metal lunchboxes, some fun clothing, kitchenware, sewing supplies, toys, great items in the display case, costume jewelry (not in pictures yet), shutters, rocking chairs (one is a child’s), twin bed with tall spindles, some tools, ladder, two great wooden chairs with paint over 150 years old, two primitive dry sinks, and tons of smalls…just found over 50 lead soldiers from different time periods and Native Americans, doll house furniture some is cast metal and the bathroom fixtures are porcelain, found lots of marbles including some clay, probably 20 yearbooks from various colleges and Blake Upper School (one leather one from 1858 I think and others from the 50s and 60s and 80s), our display case items are so plentiful that we now have a display table, old wooden shutters, great framed prints, old black typewriter that works, old metal coal bin, many mirrors and on and on and on.  You’re in for a doozie!
