Welcome to our first sale of 2026!

As always, we have been working hard to help our clients manage life's big changes. It will make them so happy to know that someone else will take ownership of their items and create new memories with them, whether it's a special set of dishes, or that fun and funky dress worn to an amazing event!

This house is full of memories and will be sure to charm you into lingering a little longer than usual ;)

And now for the list.....you should probably make sure you read it to the END

- Sofas, loveseats, chairs, end tables, coffee tables, hutches

- Queen sized bedroom furniture - GOOD quality - think Broyhill and beautiful linens

- Twin sized poster bed

- More beautiful linens, such as napkins, placemats, tea towels, etc.

- Women's clothing (SM and MED) both vintage and current (Joan Voss, Karl Lagerfeld, Anthropologie to name a few)

- Men's clothing (XXL) and shoes (12/13) Suits (Austin Reed,) golf shirts, casual wear, jackets, etc.

- Cowboy boots

- Whirlpool washer (top load) and dryer (photos coming)

- Dining room furniture

- Lacquered wood dishes from overseas - STUNNING!

- Stereo equipment (lots and lots)

- Office supplies

- Antique wedding dresses

- Prom dresses

- Edina High School spiritwear

- Outdoor furniture

- Bookshelves, baker's rack

- Stand up GE Freezer

- Arcade-type basketball game (you actually have to throw the ball)

- Collection of Target's SPOT dog stuffies

- Antique doll house furniture

- Grandfather clock and little bookshelf clocks

- Garage stuff; bikes, ladders, tools, fans and pretty much anything in there - INCLUDING the ceiling mounted heating system!!!!!!!

- More garage/workshop type items downstairs!!!!!!!

- Fishing poles and reels, tackle

- Fishing/hunting clothes

- Tall wading boots

- Scraps of quality wood

- Screened storm windows

...and again, soooooooo much more!!!!

If you've made it this far into reading the list, here's a special little secret for you... we will be selling items such as light fixtures, hardware, curtain rods/curtains, inside grate of large fireplace, pretty much anything you want to buy that is attached to the house ...BUT these items won't be priced for the sale - you will need to let us know if/what you are interested in buying and Audrey will set up all the details. You can express your interest at our checkout, or with any of our staff and we can take your name/phone/interest information!!!!!
