Selling three floor home after 25+ years. Tons of things for sale!!  Everything throughout the house has been reduced 50% or more!!! (does not include furniture and big ticket items)

The following is a list of the type of items that you will find on sale:

• Tons of furniture including various chairs, couches, nightstands, sectional with ottoman, dresser w/mirror, curio/china cabinet, sideboard, desk, circular table w/ glass cover & leaf, baker’s rack, antique chairs, rocking chairs, matching queen headboard & dresser w/mirror,  ottoman, twin solid wood bed frame, patio set, outdoor lounge chairs, etc.
• Tons of dishes, decor, holiday, decorations, gift wrap, accessories, Vera Bradley,  mirrors, lamps, clocks, pictures, frames, books, DVDs, CDs, golf clubs, Wii games, stuffed animals, Disney, princess dresses, games/boardgames, Build a Bear clothing, American Girl dolls/items, etc.
• High valued items to include 2 porcelain dolls, 2 Patricia Nash purses w/matching wallets, Dooney and Bourke purse, Swarovski crystal earrings, Oakley sunglasses, Joy Mangano tote bags, Blarney Woolen Mills hand knit sweater
• Fuji bicycle
• Kawai Piano K3 - gently used 2008 black upright with bench; purchased new from Schmitt Music; excellent condition; pet free/smoke free home; located on main floor living area & never moved.
• Tons of planters, antique copper boiling pans, sleds, Bachman’s 9 foot Christmas tree, organizational bins/units, outdoor bench, extension ladder, tools and much more!
• Women’s coats, clothing, fashion jewelry, and shoes. Some men’s clothing and coats as well.
• Vikings, Edina, University of Iowa gear, Florida State University, concert T-shirts, miscellaneous T-shirts & sweatshirts 

Only 10 items will be on a sign-up sheet at the checkout table to leave contact information if interested in purchasing any items that are clearly marked with a tag. 

IF no longer needed, we will contact individuals according to the order on the list. If no longer interested, feel free to pass. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, we will go on to the next person on the list.

These items include olive/brown couch, leather chair w/ottoman; 3 criss-cross “X” tables; 2 bar stools at island; upstairs bedroom set; basement bedroom set; Weber grill; John Deere riding lawnmower; push lawnmower; and snowblower. 

Some smaller, more valuable items are placed near the checkout table to ensure safety and ease of purchase.

The entire house and garage are filled with hundreds of things for sale. Many wonderful deals paired with high end furniture, Nicolas Mosse pottery, Dedham pottery, MacTavish & Herzog pottery, Kyle Abbey pottery, Lennox China, Lennox Crystal, Waterford Crystal, vintage/antiques, Red Wing size 5 pot, Southern Living at Home dishes/decor, etc.

LIMERICK DRIVE ESTATE SALE DIRECTIONS

• Please put on shoe coverings   or remove shoes when entering the front door 
• Cash GREATLY preferred!!But, will accept Venmo if really needed. 
• If an item is too fragile or heavy to carry, a pending sticker will be put on the item until it can be purchased.
• There are so many items for sale that are fragile and space is very tight. Please be careful when perusing through the home. 
• Given the extremely large number of items, please bring your own materials to pack up/carry items!
• Some small “shopping bags/boxes” will be provided and stored by the check out table with your name to hold things you plan to definitely purchase in order to free your hands and make it easier to move through the home. They will only be used within the home and not to be taken with you.
• Signup Sheets for items still needed by owners are located at checkout table
• PLEASE ask for assistance when handling fragile, large or heavy items.
• Items that are easily removable can be done at the time of the sale.
• Pickup windows for larger items:
  • Saturday 4:00 – 6:00
  • Sunday 9:00 – 4:00
  • Please make sure you arrange a day/time for pickup at the checkout table
• When picking up large items, please bring any wrapping material needed and assistance to carry/load items for pickup 
• This is not a professional estate sale.
