Please join us for the sale in Excelsior, MN on Friday and Saturday, January 1 and 2, 2016

Sale begins at 10:00 on Friday (New Years Day) and 9:00 on Saturday. Sale closes promptly at 3:00 both days.

Numbers will be handed out on Friday at 9:30 am

*** Trove Hill will be handing out numbers at this sale. They will be located near the front door. Only ONE number per person, please. Absolutely NO holding numbers for friends or family. Please respect your fellow shoppers. **

** Pre-Numbers (numbers started by the public) will be honored at this sale.

This is a shoes’ off sale. There are items out back and in the garage, so you may want to bring your shoes with you.

*** Please do NOT block driveways or mail boxes ***

Park on one side of the street only so traffic can get through - the street is narrow.

NO parking in driveway

*** Please Note: We do not give out prices in advance, nor do we offer pre-sales.

** ALL Furniture items and Pool Table MUST be removed by Monday, Jan. 4 by no later than 3:00 pm.

** Pool Table comes apart and you may contact Peter's Billiards in Bloomington if you need help transporting this purchase. Approx. cost to hire them to move pool table is $200.00
