Take an autumn drive to see the leaves turning around & enjoy the Richard Eckel Estate Sale overlooking the big lake! Dick Eckel was a Lake Superior commercial fisherman for decades, as was his family before him, too. 

You’ll find a large pole building & a double garage full of current & vintage sport & commercial fishing gear, nets, floats, weights, rope, antique fish crates, barrels, oars, paddles, charts, maps, tarps, fish finder, rods, lures, rain suits & vintage outboards! There is a large gravity roller conveyer system for sale, as well as large PVC strip curtains for creating temperature barriers in warehouses! And you’ll find dozens of rustic specialty wood crates used to haul the fish on the conveyor rollers. The commercial platform scale used to weigh all the fish is wonderfully ugly & accurate!  

The double garage is full of tools & supplies. We are selling a compressor, many power tools, bench tools & current & vintage hand tools, old saws & big wrenches & socket sets! Other items of interest include snow shoes, several ladders, many chains, cables & locks, knives & logging tools including a great old broad axe! You’ll find handyman supplies, plumbing & electrical hardware, motor oil, cleaning supplies & lawn & garden supplies & tools! 

The house has a ‘70s vibe with two floors of household goods, decor & some mid century furniture including a great coffee table & matching end tables by Lane! The kitchen table set is Ethan Allen & the king bed set is Lane with a like-new Serta mattress & box spring! The kitchen has Corelle dishes & a charming canister set of strawberries! We’re selling a flat screen TV, quality wool blankets & sleeping bags, too.
