We have been commissioned to liquidate the contents of six seized property storage units and two vehicles for Storage World in Ham Lake, Minnesota. Units will be sold as complete units, no single item sales. Auction will be conducted with live verbal bidding. No absentee bidding allowed.

TERMS: Cash, Money Order, Cashier's Check or Credit Cards accepted. All items are sold "as is", no warranties or guarantees. All purchases must be moved within 1 week of sale date. Not responsible for accidents. 10% Buyer's Premium charged on all purchases.
