**PLEASE NO PARKING in or in front of the driveway** It's winter and your footgear will be required to be removed for entrance into the house. Your footgear will be placed in a plastic bag with your name added, stored while you shop and enjoy the heated floors. However, there are limited footgear covers available.

NUMBERS will be handed out at the FRONT DOOR starting at 8:45 am Saturday & Sunday. First come first serve so dress warm. Numbers are required for entrance into the HOUSE only! ONE PERSON PER NUMBER! Families with children ONE NUMBER PER PARENT. No strollers please, thank you!

GARAGE will open at 9:00am ***You do not need a number for entrance into the garage. ** If you want into the house, please keep your number. There is no room to make piles of garage goodies. You can bring your own shopping bag. For larger items please ask for assistance if you want to purchase item.

HOUSE will open at 9:30am and you must have a number. ONE PERSON PER NUMBER! Families with children ONE NUMBER PER PARENT. No strollers please, thank you! You can bring your own shopping bag. Very limited room for making a pile. For larger items please ask for assistance if you want to purchase item.

Limited handicap accessibility: limited space for a walker and no wheel chairs.

Seller is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ACCIDENTS - BRING your own help/moving dollie to load larger items.

**LARGE FURNITURE: there is limited room to remove large furniture items from house. If needed, arrangements can be made for furniture or other large item pick cup between 11am-4pm on Monday, February 23rd OR Tuesday, February 24th. **If you cannot remove furniture or larger item by agreed time, no REFUND will be issued and item/s become property of the seller. You will be required to sign a slip stating you understand those terms. Your cooperation is GREATLY appreciated.
