We have been commissioned to liquidate the contents of 11 seized property storage units for Inver Grove Storage. Units will be sold as complete units. No single items to be sold. Auction will be conducted with verbal live bidding. No absentee bidding allowed. All purchases must be removed by Friday at 5pm. NOTE: Some units will be available for rent.

Household furnishings, lawn & garden, tools and tool storage, welders, commercial drill press, electronics, large file cabinets, clothing, sporting goods, decorative items, rugs, beds, dressers, desks, boxes and totes of unknown contents.

TERMS: Cash or Credit Cards ONLY. 4% courtesy fee for credit or debit card purchases. All items are sold "as is", no warranties or guarantees. Not responsible for accidents.

10% Buyer's Premium charged on all purchases.
