Please bring help to load large or heavy items. Staff will not be available to assist with moving furniture or appliances.

Items are sold first come, first served. We cannot hold items without payment.

Please be respectful of the property and neighbors. Do not block driveways or mailboxes when parking.

Large items must be removed by the end of the sale unless other arrangements are made.
