 Litchfield, MN,  Warehouse Sale for my sisterʼs business, LifeStyle Homes
     Highway 12 & 22,  north end of Litchfield
     Thursday &  Friday, August 9/10, 10 am - 6pm

Grabanskis have been in the manufacturing & modular housing business for 37 years. It  is their first time to have a sale.   Warehouse is  60 x 150, full of building materials as  well as personal items.  LOTS OF “GUY STUFF”   !!!!  

Everything priced to sell.  You haul it away.  Wear old clothes. DUST IS FREE!
Please bring your tape measure. Everything, as is.  Entire site has security cameras. 

Some mostly new items such as windows, siding, flooring, wood, carpet, vinyl. 
Used appliances include toilets, water heaters, W/D, cabinet sections, furnace, air conditioner, wall decor, scatter rugs, baskets, boxes of parts & free things. Door sizes for hollow core include: ten 32x80, two of the following: 16x78; 30x80, 24x80, and one of 36x90, 24x78, 28x78.  Vinyl doors include two 36x77 1/2, 38x80. Three 38x82.  One 36x80, 35 1/2 x 79.  

There are about 100 new vinyl shutters of all colors and sizes. 

Fancy and small tables, 20 lamps, 100 large & small pictures, chairs, parsons chairs, dresser/2 night stands, fireplace, bedding, vines/wreaths/, bookcases, upholstered chairs, love seat/matching chair, 2 bakers shelves, child ʼs cupboard, 1900 ʼs cedar chest. 

Also antique German dishes, pink & yellow depression glass dishes, several unique serving pieces in the pink with various patterns.  Set of blue modern tone dishes. White wicker rockers,  BBQ, copper, sets of dishes including Christmas, bassinet, round card table with 4 chairs, planters.

In Home #22, you will find a beautiful white love seat, unique slate top tables, and a five piece oak kitchen set.  In the Lake Bungalow, you will find a three piece coffee table and wicker side chairs.
