All items MUST be removed during the sale hours. Credit cards will be difficult at this sale, as there is little or no cellphone reception at the site. We will have to work together to make credit cards work.

Parking may be a problem as this house is at the far end of the complex. Please be considerate of the neighbors. It is a short walk from the parking near the entrance.
