All Valuables including Jewelry are removed from the sale nightly. This home is alarmed.
No food or drink allowed in the home, no exceptions.

All merchandise is sold "As is", "Where is" no refunds, returns. All sales are final.
We provide tables for sold items; do not place items in bags or pockets until purchased.

Not responsible for accidents or shoes at SHOES OFF sales. Bring your own booties if you need to.
Bids accepted for your bid amount of $100 and above. Young children must be supervised at all times.
We will attempt to answer questions regarding items, but we will not give out pricing. Email or text is the best way to communicate with us regarding a specific item. We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
Large bags, large boxes, backpacks, strollers, and large purses will not be allowed into the sale, we provide shopping baskets and bags. Please plan accordingly.
