- Numbers given out 30 minutes prior to the start of the sale. We do honor pre numbers. Pre numbers are numbers handed out by the first person that shows up at the sale. We exchange those numbers for our numbers 30 minutes prior to the start of the sale. We have no control over pre numbers.
- All sales are final - there are no exceptions. Please check your items carefully before you make your purchase. English Ivy Estate Sellers makes every effort to validate and authenticate all items in the sale, however we are not responsible for any errors that might be made. IMPORTANT DRIVING DIRECTIONS
From I-494 Eastbound or Westbound, simply exit onto Dodd Rd and take Dodd Rd North to Pagel Rd as usual. This route will not be affected by the closure.
From MN 62 (formerly MN 110) Eastbound (coming from I-35E, Minneapolis, Richfield, Edina...), turn Right onto Lexington Ave, then Left onto Wagon Wheel Trl to Dodd Rd. Turn Right onto Dodd Rd then bear Left immediately onto Pagel Rd.
From MN 62 (formerly MN 110) Westbound (coming from South St Paul, Inver Grove Heights,...), turn Left onto Delaware Ave, then Right onto Mendota Heights Rd to Dodd Rd. Turn Right onto Dodd Rd and follow it to Pagel Rd.
