We honor pre-numbers. (Pre-numbers are numbers handed out by the first customer to the sale to ensure people are let into the sale in the order they arrive when the sale first opens)

PLEASE NOTE: This sale is being held in the commercial building of "Bunkers" located in the North Loop area of Minneapolis. The sale items are all located on either the second or the third floor. There is NO elevator. Winning bidders will need to be prepared to walk up the stairs to retrieve their items. All items, including furniture are on the second and third floor of the building. Estate Sales Minnesota employees will NOT be able to provide moving/lifting assistance. If you are picking up furniture items, you will need to bring help. 

There are a limited number of parking spaces behind the building and street parking in front and on the side of the building.
