2 Hour Free parking at Loop Parking , 501 1St Ave. which is directly across the street From Rosenthal Furniture. Enter Loop Parking Lot by taking the 1st. Ave entrance. A parking voucher will be given to customers when leaving the store.

Observe all parking signs. No parking in front of mailboxes.
Bring help to load large items. We are not responsible for any accidents. If you break it you own it.

We exchange those pre numbers for our official numbers 30 minutes prior to the start of the sale, you must come to the door to exchange your pre number or you will loose your place in line for the start of the sale (this applies to the first day of the sale only). We have no control over pre numbers.
