Numbers are handed out 8:30 am the first day of the sale. Prenumbers are honored.
We accept cash and credit cards.
All sales are final and all items are sold as is where is. No returns/exchanges.
Please bring help to load large/heavy items we are unable to help load. No bags, large purses or backpacks.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to remove all items purchased in a safe manner without damage to premises. We are not responsible for accidents. Note this is a shoes off sale, thank you!

*A note about prenumbers: a local custom has developed among the early birds that arrive-there is usually someone who starts a “pre-number” system. Not all estate sales honor this process, we do! A pre number is a place holder to reserve a place in line when we start handing out official numbers at 8:30 on Saturday.
