• Shoes on, No Large Purses, Backpacks or Bags Allowed
• Please do not contact me with offers. Everything is being sold in-person on the sale dates. No exceptions.
• Numbers will be given out starting at 7am Saturday 3/2 only. Pre-numbers are honored if present at 7:00 and are exchanged for our numbers.
• Cash and Credit Cards accepted (Paypal here chip reader) 2.7% fee for credit purchases, NO CHECKS.
• Bring help and/or a proper hand cart to load large items. Blankets are a good idea for moving furniture. We will not help move heavy objects.
• All sales final, no returns or refunds given - no exceptions.
• Saturday - Prices as marked
• Sunday - Bargain day - come prepared to haggle.
• We are not responsible for accidents or misadventures on the premises.*

We've made every effort to authenticate all items in the sale, however we're not responsible for any errors that might be made. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to validate the authenticity of every item prior to your purchase.

Mid-Century Modern Danish and Swedish furniture, Mid-Century modest and 70's kitsch items too. Household goods from 62 years of homeownership. There's even a working 1950 refrigerator. 5 key items will be up for auction from 8am-5pm on Saturday 3/2 - in-person only (see photos for all). They are:

• Lenox "Alaris" China, service for 8, no chips or scratches
• Teak Danish modern guitar pick table (1958)

The reserve amounts for the 5 auction items: Lenox China: $175; Teak Veneer Desk: $200; Guitar Pick Table: $275; Strandgaard Sideboard: $1950; Mathsson Table with Hansen Chairs: $2500. Please be advised that I am not going to accept bids from people representing out-of-state buyers.
