- We do not give out prices prior to the sale or sell items prior to the sale.

- Numbers given out 30 minutes prior to the start of the sale. We do honor pre numbers. Pre numbers are numbers handed out by the first person that shows up at the sale. We exchange those numbers for our numbers 30 minutes prior to the start of the sale. We have no control over pre numbers.

- All sales are final - there are no exceptions. Please check your items carefully before you make your purchase. English Ivy Estate Sellers makes every effort to validate and authenticate all items in the sale, however we are not responsible for any errors that might be made. As the Buyer, it is ultimately your responsibility to validate the authenticity of every item prior to your purchase. All items are sold As-Is. No returns or exchanges.

- Cash, Credit and Debit Cards. There is a 2.75% surcharge fee for credit card and debit card purchases.

- Please Bring Help to Load Large Items, staff is not able to help.

- Not Responsible for Accidents.

- Last Customer in 15 minutes before closing.
