Terms

This three day sale will be cash only. There are two banks, ATMs within two blocks of the home. Prices will not be given out in advance of the sale. Due to the significant increase in Covid from the Delta variant, masks are required and reasonable social distancing enforced. A limited number of customers will be allowed in the house at any one time to make this easier. Thank you in advance for your patience. Hand sanitizer will be available at the door. Please bring assistance for heavy items or arrange a pick up time with sales staff. We are not responsible for accidents and ask that you inspect your items carefully as all sales are final. Numbers will be given out at 8:30 am on the first day. Temporary numbers will be honored.
