PLEASE NOTE: The auction items are located in a sold private home; therefore, we only have limited availability to the property. Pick-up/removal will only be on the scheduled day, with no exceptions. Please review the pick-up schedule BEFORE bidding to ensure you are available or can send someone in your place to pick up your items.

The opportunity to inspect is offered on September 22, 2023 by appointment only. You may request an inspection appointment by K-BID auction details tab. Pickup day is not inspection day.

All items are sold as is/where is. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to inspect and evaluate any/all items prior to placing a bid. There are NO refunds, NO returns.

Inspection (September 22), and removal times (by appointment September 24) are firm. Do not bid on this auction if you are unable to honor the scheduled removal times and days. At the close of the pickup window, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWs, and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate’s discretion. No refunds will be given for abandoned lots.

Please plan accordingly for the proper help and equipment you will need for removal. If purchasing furniture or other large items, you will need to bring help or hire help in advance--we are happy to help coordinate with you on that and your service. Our employees do not provide lifting or moving assistance.

No packing materials, including boxes, are provided for pick-up.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have their entire purchase before leaving the pickup site. We cannot be held responsible if you leave something behind.

Shipping is available on auction items that are identified as “shipping available”. We ship and insure all shipped items via Shipping Saint. For Shipping: Please email us at CustomerCare@NVES.Auction to confirm shipping!

You will be contacted via email to confirm shipping details and pay the shipping invoice. K-Bid item invoice and shipping invoice must be paid prior to us shipping your item(s).

Payments Accepted: Payment for auction items is accepted only through K-Bid before pickup/shipping. We do not accept on-site payments.
