HOW TO BUY: Purchases can be made by text message to (763) 234-1734 or by email to muirfieldestates@gmail.com. The text or email must contain your name and a list of items that you wish to buy. Items must be identified by Lot#, brief description, and price. Items will be sold on a first come / first served basis commencing at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday May 5th. Do not attempt to jump the gun - texts or emails received before 9:00 will be treated as if received at 9:05. NOTE: In order to level the playing field a bit, texts or emails sent during the first hour of the sale may list no more than 10 lots ( however, you may send as many separate 10 lot texts or emails as you wish !). After the first hour, there is no limit on the number of lots per text or email. We will send a reply text or email confirming which lots you successfully purchased as soon as we are able to process the incoming volume ( expect some delay in the first hour or two ). At the end of each day, we will send purchase confirmation invoices to all successful buyers.
As items sell, their photos will be marked sold. We will attempt to update this as quickly as possible, but again, expect some delay in the early going.
On Thursday morning (5/7) remaining unsold items will repriced at discounts of 25 - 50%. You may also submit bids ( by text ) at any time during the sale period. The Sale will end at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
HOW TO PAY: Upon receipt of a purchase confirmation invoice, buyers may pay by PayPal (muirfieldestates@gmail.com), Venmo (@muirfield), or credit card (send your email info and we will generate a Square invoice). Payment shall be made by 8 p.m. on the day your invoice is received. Any other payment option must be approved prior to purchase. After payment is made, call us @ (763) 234-1734 to set your pickup appointment.
HOW TO PICK UP: Curbside pick up of your purchases will be by appointment on Friday (5/8), Saturday (5/9) and Monday (5/11) at 3338 University Ave. SE ( in the former Cupcake coffee shop space). Parking for pick up is available in the adjacent lot to the East at the corner of University Ave. & Bedford St. Purchases will be picked up on the fenced patio - accessed off the sidewalk at the West end of the building (under the giant blue coffee cup).Current public health protocols will be observed. If desired, prepaid purchases may be stored for pickup after May 18.
UPDATE #8: (8:00 p.m.) We have discounted prices on all remaining items. Photo descriptions will reflect the "new" final day price. Bargains galore - hope to see lots of texts and emails tonight or first thing in the morning!
