The property owner and Foxtail Estate Services are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of property.
Children must be supervised at all times. Children are not allowed to climb furniture. Children that pose a risk to themselves, others, or store property will be asked to leave with their guardians.
Disruptive behavior, theft, or tampering with price tags will result in immediate removal and possible legal action.
All items are sold as-is, where-is. No warranties or guarantees are provided, either express or implied. Foxtail DOES NOT test items in advance. You are welcome to test items in a safe, respectful manner if it is possible before you purchase them.
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please inspect your items thoroughly and test them if possible prior to purchasing them!
Prices are non-negotiable.
We accept cash or card for payment.
Sales tax will be collected as required by Minnesota law unless you provide a valid resale certificate (you must provide a copy of your ST3/Certificate of Exemption for us to keep on file for each calendar year). Clothing is not taxed in the state of Minnesota.
No early sales or holds.
Items may not be removed from the shop until they are paid in full.
Once an item is marked “sold” or paid for, the buyer is responsible for its removal.
Staff are not available to assist with heavy lifting or loading. Please bring your own help and packing materials.
All purchased furniture or large items must be removed one hour prior to the end of day on Sunday.
Any items not picked up by the deadline will be forfeited without refund.
Large items may be scheduled for pick-up later the same day or possibly the following day, if arrangements are made in advance.
By entering the property and/or purchasing items at our store, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and Foxtail Estate Services for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur on the premises.
Security cameras may be in use at the shop.
Photos and/or videos taken by The Fox Den staff on The Fox Den premises may be used for promotional purposes.

ONCE UPON A TIME AT THE FOX DEN: THREE BEARS, THREE SPINNING WHEELS & A WHOLE LOT OF OLD-WORLD CHARM!
Once upon a time, three little bears wandered into The Fox Den… and they decided to bring some friends! This weekend, The Fox Den is filled with a fresh batch of wonderful finds, plenty of old-world charm, 'storybook characters', and a few pieces that are just right for anyone looking to live happily ever after.
We have not one, not two, but THREE spinning wheels in the shop this weekend! From beautiful antique examples to a more modern Louet model, there’s something here for the fiber artist, collector, spinner, or anyone who has ever dreamed of stepping into a fairy tale or spinning a little gold.
And speaking of bears… we have quite the ursine gathering! Come meet our collection of wonderful animal carvings and statues, including some fantastic wooden bears. We’re not saying the three bears have been fighting over who gets the best chair, but there are definitely some pieces in the store that would make Goldilocks think twice before choosing her favorite.
The old-world charm continues throughout the shop, with beautiful antique and vintage pieces that feel like they’ve stepped straight out of a storybook. Whether your taste runs toward rustic European character, traditional craftsmanship, or pieces with a little history and soul, there are plenty of treasures waiting to be discovered this weekend.
We’ve also brought in some exceptional mid-century modern pieces, proving that not every fairy tale has to take place in a medieval castle. Among the newest arrivals is a large, handwoven Finnish tapestry — a truly beautiful statement piece with incredible texture and character.
And then there’s the star of the dining room: an exceptional Walter of Wabash dining table from Amish Country in Indiana. This is a gorgeous, substantial piece with craftsmanship and presence that simply doesn’t come along every day. It’s the kind of table that looks like it could host generations of family dinners, holiday gatherings, and perhaps a fairy-tale feast or two.
We also have a beautiful antique Singer sewing table, along with plenty of other vintage furniture, home décor, collectibles, and useful everyday items. As always, there’s a little bit of everything at The Fox Den — from the beautiful and unusual to the practical things you didn’t realize you needed until you saw them sitting on our shelves.
So come wander into our little woodland kingdom this weekend - search for treasure, meet the three bears, admire some exceptional mid-century modern design, and see what happily-ever-after looks like at The Fox Den.
