*Numbers will not be given out prior to sale opening.
*The sale is Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm & Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm. Added 1 more hour!!
*Driveway is for picking up items only - no parking please.
*Prices are as shown on the first day. We will have a bid box! The second day items will be reduced to 50% off, but we reserve the right to not price all items at 50% off.
*All Sales are final, no exceptions.
*We would prefer you remove your shoes, so please wear socks.
*Cash is preferred. Venmo will also be accepted.
*We will not help you remove items from the house. The furniture will require helpers, some heavy items are in the lower level and will need to be carried up stairs.
*I will do my best to answer any questions, but I will NOT give out pricing prior to the sale.
*No pre-sales.
