Payments Accepted: Online payments through K-BID, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex) on site or cash will accepted.

Wire transfer or certified bank check for purchases over $5,000.

No personal checks accepted.

At our discretion credit cards accepted for over $5,000 with a 3% fee on the total invoice amount.

PLEASE COME PREPARED WITH HELP AND AN APPROPRIATE VEHICLE FOR THE REMOVAL OF LARGE AND HEAVY ITEMS.

Employees of Park Lane are unable to help lift, carry, or transport large or heavy items.

IMPORTANT: Inspection and removal times are firm. DO NOT bid on this auction if you are unable to honor the scheduled removal/ pick up time(s) and day. At the close of the removal/ pick up day, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliates discretion.

No refunds will be given for abandoned lots.

Inspection dates/times are available for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect prior to placing bids. Removal day is not inspection day. When an auction ends, and the winning bidder invoice appears on the bidder’s dashboard, the bidder is obligated to honor their bid(s).

Every auction item is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.

Once you have picked up your item(s) and they have been removed from the auction site, refunds or returns will not be accepted. Park Lane Estate Sales is not responsible for missing or damaged items after they have been removed from the auction site. Please inspect your items BEFORE leaving the auction premises.
By participating in this auction, you release Park Lane Estate Sales of any liability of damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction.
