Fab Finds in Minnetonka!

This is an ONLINE ONLY auction sale held through K-Bid. You will need to have a K-Bid account in order to submit bids. Accounts are FREE to set up! Pick up for these items is Sunday, March 30th, 2025 from 9a-12:00p. Ensure you bring assistance for larger items and packing material for transport. Full pick up address on Tonkawood Rd in Minnetonka will be updated prior to pick up.

Please do not bid unless you intend to pay and pick up. By submitting a bid, you are agreeing to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder in the timeline and at the location noted. If you are the winning bidder, you will receive an invoice for your item(s) immediately following the auction to submit payment and schedule pick up times.

THIS IS A PRIVATE RESIDENCE AND NO ALTERNATIVE PICK UP OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE. Please plan to pick up during the window on Sunday. When this pick up is complete, the home will be emptied and all unclaimed items will be removed/donated.

Please make payment online prior to pick up. It will expedite the process.

Accepted Forms of Payment:
Cash & Credit Card (on-site), or Pay Online by going to your K-bid dashboard and clicking on invoices. Paying prior to picking up expedites the process!

Removals:
Please plan to pick up during the noted dates(s)/time(s). If Items are not picked up, the following will happen:
Items that are paid: will be removed and donated. No alternative pick up times/days are available.
Items that are not paid and not picked up: will be removed and donated. The bidder's account will be noted as a no-show and may be deactivated at any time.

Please bring adequate transportation, straps, packing material, boxes or any needed equipment. Items may not be wrapped or boxed. The staff is unable to assist with loading or moving or packing any items.

Communication is Key:
We can be flexible to a point, but please do not ghost us! Failing to communicate for a non-pay/non-pick up may result in a loss of K-bid privileges and/or additional fees for holding, etc.

On pick up day, if you feel an item was not correctly listed, it must be noted/addressed PRIOR to leaving. Once items leave the site, the sale is complete.
