Preview and pick up located at 877 3rd St. SW Suite #3, New Brighton, MN, 55112. Bidders are responsible to preview on Monday, July 15th, 2019 from 12 pm - 4 pm to determine condition, quality, and all claims on all items.

REMOVAL:
Bidders MUST pick up items on Thursday, July 18th, 2019 from 10am - 5 pm. Estate Clear does NOT accept checks. We accept cash or credit ONLY.

SHIPPING:
If you cannot be here on closeout, and wish to have an item shipped, DO NOT BID until you contact us first.

LOSS PREVENTION POLICY NOTE: We DO NOT ship to new "Unestablished Bidders". An "Established Bidder" is any bidder that has an account in good standing for more than 2 months, and has successfully completed 3 or more transactions with K-Bid. Unestablished Bidders ONLY have the option to pay and pick up IN PERSON during the allotted pickup times and dates.
