BUYERS PREMIUM: A 19% buyers premium will with be charged to the winning bidder of each lot. Sales tax applies to the buyers premium amount.
SALES TAX: All applicable taxes will be applied to every sale. Completed tax exemption forms can be provided to Loon Estates in person at pick-up, or via email to info@loonestates.com.
PAYMENTS: Loon Estates accepts all major credit cards, cash, and wire transfers for payment. Credit card payments are subject to a 3.75% processing fee. Direct wire transfers are required on invoices over $5000.
A valid credit card is required to bid. Unpaid invoices will be charged to the credit card on file. Any items not picked up on the designated pick-up day will be considered abandoned and become the property of Loon Estates to be disposed of at their discretion.
