- Certified bank checks accepted for purchases over $5,000.

- At our discretion, credit cards may be accepted for over $5,000 with a 3% fee on the total invoice amount.

- We will limit the number of guests in the home at one time to ensure a safe and secure environment.

- No large purses or backpacks will be allowed inside the sale.

- We do not give out prices prior to the sale or sell items prior to the sale.

- First Day of Sale Only: Numbers are given out 30 minutes prior to the start of the sale. We do honor pre-numbers. Pre-numbers are numbers handed out by the first person that shows up at the sale. We exchange those numbers for our numbers 30 minutes prior to the start of the sale. We have no control over pre-numbers. Your number is good as long as you are in line when the sale opens. If you are not in line and your number is passed then you must go to the end of the line and your number is no longer valid.

- All sales are final - there are no exceptions. Everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Please check your items carefully before you make your purchase. Heartland Estate Sales & Services makes every effort to validate and authenticate all items in the sale, however, we are not responsible for any errors that might be made. As the Buyer, it is your responsibility to validate the authenticity of every item prior to your purchase. All items are sold As-Is. No returns or exchanges.

- Please bring help and equipment to load/lift heavy items as employees and volunteers cannot provide lifting assistance. There are no hand trucks or dollies available. Please bring packing/wrapping materials for breakables.

- Not Responsible for Accidents.

- Last Customer in 15 minutes before closing.

- No Restroom is available at the sale. No outside food or drink is allowed in the home.

- Please respect the property and each other. We will be limiting the number of people in the home at one time. Please dress accordingly.

This wonderful sale in Norwood Young America will have something for everyone. Please bring help to move/lift heavy items. We are unable to assist with lifting/carrying items. Please bring packaging materials, hand trucks, and dollies. You may also need tools (e.g., pliers, screwdrivers, etc.) to disassemble items.

The majority of this sale will take place in the large detached garage and driveway. Entry will be at the rear of the property. Only a few rooms in the home will be open to the public. We will limit the number of people in the home at one time.
