AUCTIONEER'S NOTES

Welcome to another AAA Auction with more great items including many items from a Cambridge downsizing as well as many beer items, old and new ammo and fishing tackle, coins and more great collectibles.

Remember cash payment is required for coins and currency and AAA does not load purchases.

 

SCHEDULING

Closing Time:  The auction starts to close on Tuesday, May 24th at 7:30 p.m. The closing time is staggered. The items close one at a time. 

Closing Rate:  10 seconds per lot, plus extended bidding time when a bid is placed within the final 60 seconds.

Pickup Days and Times:    The pickup day is Wednesday, May 25, 2022, from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. Pickup is by online appointment. Winning bidders will receive an invoice by email soon after the auction closes. There will be a link on the invoice for you to click to get the page for choosing your pickup time. That link is also right here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/9040A4AADA823A0FE3-aaaauction18.   Please call us at (763) 421-3044 if you have trouble scheduling a pickup time.

Also, please remember that AAA does not load purchases. Notwithstanding that, if any staff member from AAA helps you load an item, there shall be a minimum fee of $20 per item per staff member which must be paid in advance.

Late Pickups:   If you can't pick up on the scheduled day, you must call us during the scheduled pickup time and pay for your item, or you will lose your biding provledges.

Pickup Procedure at the Auction Barn

Please keep to the left when you get to the Auction Barn. Pull right up to the stop sign at the Auction Barn and stop.  Then come inside to pay. Then drive around all the way around the building and stop at the tables next to the front of the building. Your items will be on a table for you to load.

Promotion
We never charge commissions for firearms or ammo. Also, we are running a special right now and not charging any commissions for any fishing tackle consigned until Memorial Day.
