Online Coin Auction Ending August 9, 2022: Collectible Coins, Silver Coins, Proof Sets, and More

AUCTIONEER'S NOTES
Welcome to the first of two Coin-Only auctions at AAA Auction. This auction is open for bidding now. The coins in this auction are all from one seller, so there will be no sales tax. The photographs provided will show that many of these coins are in fine or nearly uncirculated condition, even if that is not included in the description. 

There is no shipping available, and all purchases must be paid for with cash.

Also, statements of the condition of any of the items in this auction are the opinion of the Auctioneer only and are not guarantees or warranties of any kind. AAA Auction encourages bidders to preview the coins before bidding.

SCHEDULING

Preview
Preview is Monday, August 8th from 10 a.m. until noon. Please know what lots you would like to preview when you arrive. We will bring them to you. General browsing is not allowed.

Closing Time
The auction starts to close on Tuesday, August 9th at 7:30 p.m. The closing time is staggered. The lots close one at a time.

Closing Rate
10 seconds per lot, plus extended bidding time when a bid is placed within the final 60 seconds.

Pickup Times
Pickup is Wednesday, August 10th from 9 a.m. until noon and from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. Please use the link provided on your invoice to schedule your pickup time.

Pickup Procedure
Please drive to the left of the Auction Barn. Park there. Come in and pay. We will bring your purchase to you at that time. Please inspect your purchase right away. If there has been a mistake made by AAA Auction, it will be corrected at that time. Once the items are transferred to the winner, AAA will not cancel any purchase or refund any of the purchase price. 

Late Pickups
If you cannot pick up your item on the scheduled day, you must call us during the scheduled pickup time and pay for your item, or you will lose your biding privileges. When you call, you will be asked to schedule a pickup time on the following Thursday or Monday morning. No late fees will be charged if you pick up your item on one of those days. We try to avoid pickups on the weekend. Unless otherwise agreed with us, if you do not pick up your items on one of those extra pickup days, late fees will be charged per our terms.
