AUCTIONEER'S NOTES
Welcome to another AAA Auction! This one has more firearms, ammo, knives, coins, vintage postcards, beer items, AirSoft guns, and box lots, as well as many more collectibles and household items.

AirSoft Guns: While many of the AirSoft or other air guns appear to be new-in-the-box, none of them have been tested and they are all being sold AS-IS.

SCHEDULING

Preview
Preview is Monday, November 28, 2022, from 10 a.m. until noon. Please know what lots you would like to preview before you arrive. We will bring them to you. General browsing is not allowed.

Closing Time
The auction starts to close at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 29, 2022. The closing time is staggered. The items close one at a time.

Closing Rate
Seven lots per minute, which is about 8.5 seconds per lot, plus extended bidding time when a bid is placed within the final 60 seconds.

Pickup Days and Times
The pickup day is Wednesday, November 30, 2022, from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. Pickup is by online appointment. Winning bidders will receive an invoice by email soon after the auction closes. The invoice will have a link to the pickup-scheduling page. We'll post that link here too. Please call us at (763) 421-3044 if you have trouble scheduling a pickup time.

Firearms
Bring a case. Guns must be cased when leaving the Auction Barn, so please bring any case you need. All state and federal rules apply, including needing a purchase or carry permit to purchase a handgun or AR. 

Loading
AAA does not load purchases. Please bring your own muscle. If, however, we do help you load, we will ask you to make a donation into our charitable tip jar, which will be used for local charitable purposes.

Pickup Procedure
Please drive to the left of the Auction Barn. Park there. Come in and pay. Then drive around the barn and park again when you get to the front of the barn, where your items will be brought out to you.

Late Pickups
If you cannot pick up your items on the scheduled day, you must call us during the scheduled pickup time and pay for them with a credit card or you will lose your bidding privileges. When you call, you will be asked to schedule a pickup time on the following Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday morning. No late fees will be charged if you pick up your item on one of those days. Pickups at any other time or day will result in a minimum $5 fee. If you pay for your items but do not pick up your paid items by the following Wednesday as scheduled, you shall be charged a late fee of $10.00 per day until your items are picked up. If your late fees exceed the amount you paid, your items shall be forfeited by you in lieu of your late fees. Please note that we will no longer be calling folks who do not pick up their items on time whether paid for or not.
