Auctioneer's Notes
New lower Commissions and Buyer's Premium
We have lowered the Seller's commission rate on items consigned to us in the Silver and Bullion category to 5%. We have also lowered the zero-commission lot price in any category from $1,000 to $800, so we will not charge the seller anything for any single lot that sells for over $800. Not to leave the Buyers out, we have lowered the Buyer's premium to 5% on gold coins.
Silver Coin Value
Do you ever wonder how much your silver coins are worth? Unless it is a low-mintage or key-date coin, the silver in the coin is likely worth much more than its face value or numismatic value. To find out how much the silver in your coin is worth, go to coinflation.com, where you will find a chart that displays the melt value of most U.S. silver coins.
