Auctioneer's Notes

Coin Descriptions

Some of the coins in this auction contain written descriptions on the holders as seen in the photos. These were not written by AAA Auction, and we do not guarantee that they are correct. We strongly advise the bidders to inspect the coins before bidding.

Box Lots

This auction as well as the auctions coming up will have a lot of box lots. We fill up those lots with so much stuff it will be impossible to list all the good items in the lot. So, we encourage you to enlarge and check out the photos. Who knows? We may have missed a good thing-a-ma-jig that only you will discover.

Harmonicas

We have finally reached the end of the amazing harmonica collection that we have been selling for two years. Thank you to all of the people who became bidders with AAA Auction due to the harmonicas. We hope that you will find something else interesting to bid on, and you never know, the next harmonica bonanza may be just around the corner.

Late Pickups

Thank you everyone for picking up your items on our scheduled pick-up day or for calling on that day to pay and schedule a later pickup. If you miss pickup and don't call us, there is a chance that your items will no longer be available. Also, missing pickup without calling us can result in lost bidding privileges. Also, we usually do not hold on to items whether they are paid for or not for more than two weeks, so if you need to pick up an item, please do so right away. Finally, sometimes a buyer wins only one $2 item, and in those cases it might not make sense to use the gas to pick it up. If that's the case, we don't mind if you call and pay for the item and then ask us to dispose of it. Thank you.

Relisted Items

Occasionally you may recognize a lot as having been sold on a prior auction. This could be because the Buyer has decided to sell the item or it could be due to what we call a "No-Show." That is a winning bidder who doesn't show up to pay for the item.

Junk for Sale

Since we try not to take low-value junk on consignment, you may wonder why you occasionally see buckets of bolts and rusty tools in our auctions. That is because we are often asked to clean out houses, and, in those circumstances, we have to take the bad and the ugly along with the good. So when you see box lots that look like the contents came out of a drawer in someone's workshop, that's because they probably did.
