Auctioneer's Notes

Terms

Please make sure you read the terms for this auction.

Geologic Specimens a/k/a Rocks.

The interesting and unusual rocks in this auction were all collected by an amateur geologist who over many decades traveled often to South Dakota and beyond in search of rare, beautiful, and interesting rocks, fossils, minerals, or other types of ore. The specimens in this auction were all in his collection. Any identifications we provided are descriptions that we obtained from Google Lens and are not guaranteed to be correct.

Box Lots

This auction as well as the auctions coming up will have a lot of box lots. We fill up those lots with so much stuff it will be impossible to list all the good items in the lot. So, we encourage you to enlarge and check out the photos. Who knows? We may have missed a good thingamajig that only you will discover.

Late Pickups

Thank you everyone for picking up your items on our scheduled pickup day or for calling on that day to pay and schedule a later pickup. If you miss pickup and don't call us, there is a chance that your items will no longer be available. Also, missing pickup without calling us can result in lost bidding privileges. Also, we usually do not hold on to items whether they are paid for or not for more than two weeks, so if you need to pick up an item, please do so right away. Finally, sometimes a buyer wins only one $2 item, and in those cases it might not make sense to use the gas to pick it up. If that's the case, we don't mind if you call and pay for the item and then ask us to dispose of it. Thank you.

Help Wanted

AAA Auction is looking for help picking up loads and/or emptying houses. Obviously, the ability to lift totes full of items (usually 10-20 pounds or so) and occasionally furniture is required. The hours are not fixed. We just call you when we have a job and you let us know if you are available. If you are interested, please call us or just let us know the next time you are here.
