Monday's discount:  40%. from 10 am - 12 noon.   50% from 12:01 - 3 pm.

No parking in the driveway unless you are picking up your heavy or large purchases. Please park on Willow Drive (east side of the home) and follow signs to the home/sale.

Rules for early arrivals for the first day of the sale only: Official sale entry numbers are given out 30 minutes prior to the start of the sale. Pre numbers are numbers handed out by the first person (customer) that shows up at the sale. We exchange those numbers for our official numbers 30 minutes prior to the start of the sale, you must come to the door to exchange numbers or you will loose your place in line. We have no control over pre numbers. Observe all parking signs.

Covid-19:

Face masks must be worn by all customers and staff, customers not wearing a face mask will not be allowed entry into the sale.  Observe 6 feet social distancing in the home and if waiting inline to enter. Entry will be limited.

Please do not attend this sale if you have a fever or flu like symptoms.  No touch thermometers may be used by our employees for customers entering the sale. There are no public restrooms at the sale. Check out stations will be sanitized periodically. 

All Valuables including Jewelry are removed from the sale nightly. This home is alarmed.
No food or drink allowed in the home, no exceptions.
Cash and Credit cards accepted: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
A 3% convenience fee will be added to all credit card/debit purchases.  
All merchandise is sold "As is", "Where is" no refunds, returns. All sales are final.
We provide tables for sold items; do not place items in bags or pockets until purchased.
Please respect the home and the property. Be courteous to those shopping around you.
Watch your surroundings; we are not responsible for accidents and injuries.
Not responsible for accidents or shoes at SHOES OFF sales. Bring your own booties if you need to.
Bids accepted for your bid amount of $100 and above. Young children must be supervised at all times.
We will attempt to answer questions regarding items, but we will not give out pricing. Email or text is the best way to communicate with us regarding a specific item. We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
Large bags, large boxes, backpacks, strollers, and large purses will not be allowed into the sale, we provide shopping baskets and bags. Please plan accordingly.
Please Note:
There are no Pre-sales or early entry. Please bring help to load large items; there are no movers on sight.
